Ultimate safety and reliability with our Breathing Air Hose. Crafted with a 5-layer lightweight material construction, this hose is designed to excel in demanding environments. Its flame-resistant, heat-resistant, and anti-static properties make it the ideal choice for critical applications.
The hose features a thermoplastic flame and heat-resistant jacket with two layers of polyester braiding for added strength ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
With a temperature range from -20 C to +70 C, our Breathing Air Hose is versatile and suitable for various industries, including nuclear power plants, petrochemical facilities, and spray paint applications in manufacturing. It’s available in both blue and black, and you can choose from 30m or 60m size options.
Please note that working pressure may vary with temperature, and for specific heat-resistant applications, the hose is restricted to a working pressure of 10 bar.


Our Breathing Air Hose provides a 5 layer lightweight material construction which is flame resistant, heat resistant and anti-static.

  • 5 layer Thermoplastic flame and heat resistant jacket
  • Reinforcements: 2 layers polyester braiding
  • Anti-Static in accordance with the requirements of EN 14594:2005, with a resistance >103 < 106 /m when measured in accordance with EN ISO 8031:2020
  • Hose temperature range from 20 C to +70 C

Requests by you to return goods to us will be accepted subject to a handling charge if all of the following criteria are met:

  • The goods are unused and are sourced from the MaxSafe range direct.
  • The goods are in working order.
  • The goods were invoiced within 10 days of the date of return.
  • Carriage is organised by us.
  • The return includes a completed goods return note with a MaxSafe Returns Number.

Handing charges will be levied as follows:
Goods invoiced within 10 days of the date of return will be subject to a handling charge. All goods must be adequately packed and addressed to:

For the avoidance of doubt, returned goods will only be accepted if the above requirements are met. MaxSafe cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers. MaxSafe is unable to accept any return of goods sourced on a customers behalf which are not listed within the MaxSafe catalogue.
Such orders for non-catalogue goods are non-cancellable and non returnable and as such are accepted entirely at the customers own risk.
